Home Remedies for Knee Pain





Friends, knee pain, is becoming common among people of all ages. Even individuals in their forties and fifties are experiencing knee pain. If we look at the leading causes, overuse or underuse can be factors, and sometimes it can be due to injury,knee pain causes, tendonitis, or osteoarthritis. 


These are the significant causes of knee pain. When someone has knee pain, they want relief from the pain. So, I will share some home remedies with you that can help reduce your knee pain, even if it's temporary.Here's what you need , step by step:


  1. Apple Cider Vinegar


You can buy apple cider vinegar from the market. You can take two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar every day. This reduces inflammation and can help alleviate knee pain. It doesn't need to be applied externally; it is consumed orally.


  1. Lemon and Oil:


Mix lemon juice with sesame oil and warm up the mixture. Apply this warm mixture to your knee. It can significantly reduce your knee pain. It's a very effective remedy.


Additional Remedies to Consider:


Fenugreek seeds


Also, consider consuming fenugreek seeds every day to help alleviate knee pain. Chew the fenugreek seeds or soak them overnight and drink them in the morning. Fenugreek seeds have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that can help reduce knee pain. Taking a tablespoon of fenugreek seeds can significantly reduce knee pain. 


Mustard Oil and Garlic:


You can also apply mustard oil, but add crushed garlic cloves to the mustard oil. Mash the garlic cloves and mix them with the mustard oil. Heat the mixture and apply it to your knee before bed or walking in the morning. This remedy can significantly alleviate your knee pain. You can give it a try. 


Turmeric Milk:


Turmeric milk is also beneficial for knee pain. If you are a heart patient, use skimmed milk. By adding turmeric to your daily milk, you can benefit from its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Turmeric contains numerous anti-inflammatory agents that can help reduce knee pain. Ginger is also helpful in various ways.


Ginger:


You can take a ginger powder and make juice out of it or consume ginger by soaking it in water. Ginger has a warming effect, which can be beneficial on cold days when knee pain worsens.


Tulsi (Holy Basil) Juice:


Tulsi (holy basil) juice can also be consumed, providing significant benefits. 


Jaggery (Unrefined Sugar):

Garlic:
